We know this time of great uncertainty is having a huge impact on all our lives, so we want to let you know what steps we’re taking to help and support you.
Can I still place an order online for delivery?
Yes. We are following the advice of Public Health England and are still making deliveries for online orders.
Should I be concerned about touching an order I have received or collected?
Public Health England have said that there’s no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.
Can I still receive delivery of larger items such as appliances or furniture?
Yes. Home deliveries are continuing to take place for larger items. Customers will receive a pre-delivery call and will be asked to confirm if:
Have they had to seek medical advice resulting in them being advised to self-isolate or have you decided to self-isolate as a result of potential coronavirus contact or symptoms?
Have they returned from a visit abroad known to be considered at risk of the coronavirus within the last 14 days?
If the answer is YES to either question, we will advise that the delivery has to be cancelled and can be rebooked at least 14 days later.
This is in line with Public Health England advice.
